Frightened Rabbit Release new album "Pedestrian Verse" On Atlantic Records

If you're yet to hear of the critically-acclaimed Indie rock bastards 'Frightened Rabbit', don't worry, that's how music and Indie alone, work. Don't be a fucking hipster douche about it. The important thing is, they've a new album out on February 1st - ‘Pedestrian Verse’.

Hahaa, what a great name, up yours detractors...

The first single from the album is ‘The Woodpile’ and the track has just been added at Triple J, so if you still have the ability or interest in listening to the radio do it. Otherwise, hello internet... off ya go.

The Guardian (they're Scottish, if I didn't mention that) declared the ‘State Hospital EP’ brilliant and said the “songwriting is sharp throughout and most of their songs – with themes of escape, freedom and reinvention – have huge impassioned choruses that are made to be shouted from the nearest available mountain…This is the sound of a band upping their game.”

In the lead up to the release of ‘Pedestrian Verse’, the band has released a 17 minute documentary, a chronicling series of their recent performances in the Scottish Highlands.

Pretty fancy stuff, so dig in.
